The VitalYOU Partner Network

Reclaiming your vitality is a team effort.

Many people are doing it alone. We'd like to change that.

VitalYOU exists to help you think, feel and perform at your best. Our doctors do that with time and depth: long consultations, a whole-picture read of your biology, and the full clinical toolkit where it's right for you.

But no single practitioner, ours included, covers everything. The best results come from a team: different people with different skills.

This page is the team we put around you.

The team you can build yourself.

Now you know who to trust.

No one person can cover how you think, feel and perform.

The skills are too different. The person who sharpens your thinking is not the person who rebuilds your recovery. Strong outcomes come from specialists who each do one thing well.

Three things stand in the way.

Useful approaches take more than ten years to move from research into everyday practice, so a lot of what works is simply not offered yet. In crowded fields like nutrition and coaching, quality is almost impossible to judge from the outside. And across wellness, confidence is too often sold in place of evidence. Telling the difference is a full-time job. It shouldn't have to be yours.

So we chose, carefully and personally.

Every partner on this page was vetted in person by our team. Some of what gets you the result you came for lives outside our clinic. When we find people doing that work properly, we stand behind them.

Who we stand behind.

We did the vetting so you don't have to guess.

Emerging science

These are approaches with real science behind them that haven't yet reached everyday practice. That lag is structural: research moves into routine care slowly, however promising. Some of the evidence is strong; some is early. We list only what we believe in, and the doctor's note on each card explains in plain words how it works and what it may do for you. What we promise is access, plain explanation, and no inflation of what's known.

Our pick in a crowded field

Nutrition, coaching, recovery. There's no shortage of practitioners in these fields. The hard part is knowing who is actually good. These are our picks, made slowly and in person.

Why we send people here

I've trained around fighters most of my life and I can tell within one session who's done the work themselves. Kyle has, at national level. He built my programme around my actual week and my garage gym, not some template. If you want a coach who's earned the right to push you, this is him.

A doctor’s note

Muscle, tendon and ligament adapt one way. You work them against slightly more than they can handle, then slightly more again. The tissue rebuilds stronger. That's progressive loading, and Kyle's coaching runs on it: rising load, sound technique, honest effort. Training like that may support strength, mood and sleep quality. It also builds the capacity that helps protect you from injury.

Why we send people here

Andy spent twenty-five years feeding Olympic athletes and NRL squads, and he gave me the exact same seriousness. First thing he asked wasn't about food. It was what my week looks like. If you've failed on every plan that ignored your real life, start here.
Sarah

A doctor’s note

Most people already know what a better diet looks like. The hard part is sticking with it. What makes change hold is structured, repeated contact with a coach: someone who knows your week, adjusts the plan when it changes, and stays in touch. Some regain after early progress is normal. Contact is what slows it. Coaching like that may support lasting change in weight and health.

He's one of ours, so take this as a colleague talking. I've watched Irfaan turn people away when PRP wasn't right for them, and that's exactly when I decided I trusted him. For a stubborn tendon or joint that rest hasn't fixed, he's who I'd send my family to.
Sarah

A doctor’s note

PRP is simple. We take a small sample of your blood. The platelets in it carry growth factors, the signals that direct tissue repair. We concentrate them and inject them into the tendon or joint where repair has stalled. Metabolic health is the other half: how your body makes and uses energy, read through blood markers and fixed at the cause. Together they may support repair that rest alone hasn't delivered.

Why we send people here

I'm fussy about anyone touching my face, and Meera is the first person I've met who talks about skin the way a doctor talks, because she is one. Blood work before needles. If you want to look like yourself, just built better, she's the one.
Meegan

A doctor’s note

Skin ages because the machinery that builds it slows down. Collagen production falls. Cell turnover stretches out. Regenerative treatments work on that machinery instead of covering it up. A PRP facial uses platelets from your own blood to signal skin cells to build new collagen. Hormones belong in the same conversation, because oestrogen is one of the strongest drivers of skin thickness and collagen there is. Tested and treated together, that may support skin that's actually rebuilding, not just resurfaced.

Why we send people here

I've walked out of enough IV bars to know the difference. Here a doctor adjusts the blend to you, and they'll test your blood before they'll book you. If you're run down and want it done properly rather than quickly, this is the place.
Meegan

A doctor’s note

An IV infusion puts fluids and nutrients straight into a vein. It bypasses the gut, so blood levels rise faster and higher than they would from capsules or food. Where testing shows a real deficiency, or a gut that isn't absorbing properly, an infusion may support correction more directly. Each blend is adjusted by a doctor to the person in front of her.

Three things get someone on this page.

The intervention, the person, and our own eyes.

A partner is here because we believe in the intervention, we believe in the person behind it, and our team has vetted them personally.

You'll see two notes on every partner card. The first is a personal note, handwritten in spirit and signed by a named member of our team. Someone here has worked with this partner, or been through the thing themselves, and is willing to put their name to it. The second is a doctor's note. It explains, in plain words, how the thing works and what it may do for you.

We'd rather you trust a short, honest list than a long, impressive one.

Interested in becoming a VitalYOU partner?

Good. We hope you're hard to impress too.

We keep this network small on purpose. If you practise with rigour, communicate honestly about what the evidence does and doesn't show, and would rather earn trust than buy attention, we'd like to hear from you.
