Your health, on tap.
The VitalYOU portal puts your plan, results, orders and bookings in one place, ready whenever you are.

01
Your plan, explained
Everything your doctor prescribed and recommended, with their reasoning.
02
Results that make sense
Every marker classified, tracked over time.
03
Self-serve when it suits you
Reorder, rebook, download, without emailing and waiting.

02 · Your treatments
Never wonder what the doctor meant.
The My Treatments screen lists everything your doctor prescribed and recommended for you, in plain language. Prescriptions sent to your phone as eScript tokens can be filled at any pharmacy, and compounded therapies where clinically indicated are supplied through VitalYOU. Each item sits alongside your doctor’s reasoning from your consultation, so the why is never lost.

03 · Repeats and reorders
Never run out. Never guess.
Your treatments screen always knows where you stand: what your doctor has authorised, what you have already ordered, what is ready now, and when the next round unlocks. When something is ready, order it in two taps and pay for everything in one go.
- Open My Treatments
- See what is ready under each treatment
- Add to cart. Done.

04 · Blood results
Your bloods, classified, trended and explained.
Open Results and your most recent panel is already summarised: every marker classified as in range, suboptimal or out of range, with a trend for each marker over time and your biological age alongside. It is information to support the conversation with your doctor, never a diagnosis.

05 · Orders
Everything you order, tracked to your door.
Compounded treatments are prepared for you after clinical review, then tracked through every stage with a tracking link once they ship. Supplement orders travel the same way, and your order history keeps every receipt alongside.

06 · Supplements
Recommendations that cite your results, not a catalogue.
When your doctor recommends a supplement, the recommendation carries the reason, written against your own values, and how it may support the goals in your plan. The Supplements tab in the shop keeps practitioner-grade products open to buy any time, and everything shares the same single cart as the rest of your plan.

07 · Tests and consults
Book a test or a consult in two taps.
Standalone diagnostics and follow-up consults are bookable inside the portal whenever you need them. Your results land in Results automatically, with reports kept in Documents.

08 · Appointments
Your next check-in, already sorted.
Momentum without the mental load. Booked follow-ups appear with their date and telehealth link, and you can reschedule from the same screen if life moves.

09 · Education
Understand your treatments properly.
The Learn library is open to every patient from day one. Once your doctor prescribes a treatment, a guide written for that treatment opens up in the same place, before you pay, so you can decide with the full picture: what it is, how it works, and what your doctor intends it to do alongside the rest of your plan.

10 · Documents
Results, summaries and receipts, findable in seconds.
Every document your care generates lives on one screen: consultation summaries, doctor reports, blood results, receipts and consents, ready whenever you need them.

11 · Support
A real team, behind the screen.
Stuck on anything, from a sign-in link to an order? Use Get help inside the portal, reply to any VitalYOU email, or write to us directly. A real person reads every message. support@vitalyou.com.au
Bookmark it once and everything above is a sign-in link away.
VitalYOU is a doctor-led telehealth service. The screens shown use a fictional example patient and doctor, and nothing here is a diagnosis or a promise of treatment.
